To all who receive this small word coming with
the file of Pierre and Arnaud, I say: they are our future...
Their trek around the world, the strength of
will of young people who want to tangle with new experiences,
is for me symptomatic of a generation who seeks and dares.
When they gave me the pleasure to ask me to
support them for this fine project, it's this new élan
that seduced and persuaded me.
For me, people of wine, of French wines, especially
those of their region, have, as said the General de Gaulle,
the ardent obligation to support these young people.
It is not only a question of helping them,
but to tutor them, to support them in this desire that they
have to enrich their training by this experience that they
wish to make an annual event.
I am sure you will give them the best welcome,
counsel them, make the most of them in order that upon their
return to our profession, they will bring their new experiences,
enthusiasm and ideas back to us.

you can do for Arnaud and Pierre.
